DifficultyPreparation
Very easy30 minutes + 3 hours of cooling

Preparation:

An initial dessert spoon, easy and fast to prepare, a tiramisu classic of our tables.

So rich and selfish, it drives us nuts at all times. You will not have to steal your grandmother’s recipe to make it properly, we’ll tell you how to do it!

Preparation Take a mocha and start coffee making. Pour it deeply flat, but wide enough. Add a pinch of sugar and a vermouth glass (if you prefer a soft drink, remove the ingredient) and allow to cool.

Take the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites for the tiramisu cream. Put the yolks in a bowl and add 250 grams of sugar to them. Beat well, without lumps, until the mixture is transparent and homogeneous.

Take a different container and put the mascarpone inside. Mix the sugar and egg yolks you prepared earlier with an electric whisk.

Now beat the egg whites until stiff on the other side and add the remaining 250 grams of sugar to it. Once this is done add them to the mixture of mascarpone, yolks and sugar.

Thus you’ll get a very strong and homogeneous cream.

Fill with plenty of cream over everything. Bitter cocoa powder scatter on top.

Put the tiramisu in the refrigerator and allow to cool for around three hours. It will then be ready to be served and enjoyed by your guests, perhaps with strawberries as decoration. Success is a sure thing!

One variant is the addition of dark chocolate flakes in the cream that make the cake’s consistency more original.
